Junk removal and light demolition across Maine and northern Massachusetts. Send a photo and get a real price back in 15 minutes — not a "call for a quote" runaround.
Text them or use the estimator. Tell us the address and roughly when you'd like it gone.
A price range back inside 15 minutes during business hours, plus the days we're already near you.
Pick a time on our calendar right there. We show you the days we're already routed near you — take one and the travel charge comes off.
We walk the job with you on arrival and confirm the price before touching anything, carry it out, sweep up, and send you a photo when it's clear.
Same way dumpsters are sold, so you can compare us against a roll-off directly. No hourly meter and no line items invented at the end — you hear the number before anything moves.
These are the standard rates for household furniture and general cleanout with reasonable access. Heavy material like renovation debris and wet carpet, or a hard carry from a third-floor walk-up, costs more — we'll tell you exactly why and by how much before we load. Concrete, tile and rock are priced by weight, not volume. Fridges, freezers and A/C units carry a $35 refrigerant fee and mattresses $30, passed through at what the facility charges us.
Nothing gets dragged to the curb. We come in and take it out.
One crew takes it apart and takes it away. No second contractor, no pile left in the yard.
We work to your closing date, not ours. Anything usable goes to donation before it goes to the landfill.

Most people around here have a story about a crew that didn't show up, or a price that grew by a couple hundred dollars once the truck was loaded.
We started this together — Joe has run his own flooring company for decades and taught Joey that you finish the job properly because you're going to see these people again. That's not a marketing angle. It's just what happens when the business carries your family name in a town this size.
So the price you're told is the price you pay, we tell you before we load if something changes it, and we answer the phone ourselves. An owner is on every job.

The same window we gave you on the phone. If our day slips, you hear it from us first — you don't sit there wondering.
If something on site changes the price, you hear the new number before we load a single item. You can say no.
Calls and texts during business hours come to us, not a call centre. After hours, we reply the next morning.
We're new in Scarborough and we'd rather earn reviews than buy ads. Book before we hit twenty jobs and take 15% off, all we ask is an honest Google review afterwards — good or bad.
A roll-off costs you a week of rental, a street permit, and a container sitting where your crew needs to park. We come the day you need us, load out, and leave the site clean.
Set up an accountBased in Scarborough, working the coastal corridor south of Portland down through the Berwicks and Kittery, plus a regular route into northern Massachusetts. Outside this list? Call anyway — if we're already headed that way there's no travel charge.
We run Essex, Middlesex and Worcester counties as a regular route, not a special trip. With two trucks we can hold a Maine day and a Massachusetts day at the same time, so contractor debris hauls and cleanouts down there book the same way everything else does — pick a slot and we're there.
Close, but it's a range rather than a fixed number. A photo shows us how much space your stuff takes up — it can't show us how heavy it is, how far the carry is, or what's behind the pile, and those change the job as much as the volume does. We confirm the final price on site before anything gets loaded, and if it's higher than quoted you can walk away at no cost.
Roughly the size of a washing machine, or about three of those big contractor bags. A pickup bed holds about four. It's the same unit dumpsters are sold in, which means you can compare our price against a roll-off rental directly instead of guessing.
No, as long as we can reach the items and you've confirmed the price. Plenty of realtors and property managers have us clear a place while they're elsewhere. We send photos when it's done.
Anything usable goes to donation. Metal goes to the scrap yard. Electronics go to e-waste recycling. Only what's genuinely left over goes to the transfer station — that's better for the landfill and it's part of why our pricing works.
Because the disposal facility charges us a separate fee for them. Refrigerant appliances need certified recovery and mattresses go into their own handling stream. We pass those through at cost rather than burying them in the base price.
Often, yes. Same-day slots carry a $50 fee because we're reshuffling a routed day. Next-day is usually free and we'll tell you which days we're already working near you — taking one of those saves you money.
Yes. Flooring tear-out, drywall, framing lumber and general renovation debris. Heavy material like concrete, brick, tile and rock is priced separately by weight because disposal is charged per ton — mention it when you send photos.
We stop and refer you to a licensed abatement contractor. Old sheet vinyl, floor tile and the black adhesive underneath can contain asbestos in homes built before 1980. We're not licensed for it and we won't pretend otherwise.
Card, cash or check on completion. Contractors and property managers can move to Net-15 invoicing after three completed jobs.
